Nongkhnum is the second largest river island in Asia, after Majuli Island in Assam. If this wasn't enough reason to visit, it follows up with diverse landscapes in its immediate surroundings which is very rare. From waterfalls and meadows to flatlands, this place cuts out the travel distance and time between locations to experience them. It is one of the most unique locations to take these campers and in our opinion a rare experience. We highly recommend camping at this location. Distance/Time from Guwahati: 200 km / 5 and a half hour drive
